Should I sell my Bandit and buy a Fat Bob?
I have a 2009 Suzuki Bandit 1250N. I love this bike, and I have it since it was new. I had never any problem with it. I use it in my city, and I like to make a trip to a city 80 to 400km from my home once in a while with friends. It is perfect for me, not too big, not too heavy. Easy to ride even in the heavy traffic in the city. Some days ago I saw for the first time in internet the Harley-Davidson Fat Bob and I loved it. So I was in doubt: should I sell my Bandit and buy the HD Fat Bob? Would it be too heavy, too big to use in the city? Would it heat too much in the traffic? Does it vibrate too much? My Bandit doesn't vibrate. I have never ridden a cruiser bike yet. Could someone give me an advise? Did anyone here ever change from naked bike to cruiser? Thanks.

Fat Bob is a good bike. Go to the dealer and sit on one. After you ride it for a bit it will no longer feel that big. Your bandit will however feel like a skateboard.

Hi.
Rent one and try it out.
Make sure that you do the same type of riding that you will be doing in your normal riding.
You can ride the Harley in heat and traffic. We do so across Death Valley and Los Angeles Traffic.
If you are doing a lot of long stop and go traffic for half an hour in the summer, it might become and issue. But will you be riding when it is that hot?

You can rent a Harley Fat Bob in just about any big city in the U.S., about $100-120 a day.
Then you will *know* if it is not too heavy, big, vibrate too much...

Ride a Fat Bob and see what you think. There are a couple of bikes I wanted, but when I rode them realised they weren't for me.

both bikes have their advantages and disadvantages, as you have already addressed.
the Suzuki probably has a quieter motor. i mean less valve and basic engine noises.
but bottom line ride what you want, just remember the HD stands for hundred dollars
every time you go to the dealer its hundred dollars.

Tudo o que você disse em relação a motocicleta a qual quer possuir é verdade resta saber se você concorda no preço de mercado o restante é obvio, é claro que trocaria se fosse você.

in a winning team does not move.
what I think is that you could buy a bandit model more comfortable.
