Aveeno is a line made for sensitive skin, their positively radiant cleanser is oil-free, and fragrance-free so it shouldn't break you out but it also helps even out skin tone and give you a nice glow which is an added plus. You may also want to consider Olay Total Effects line. There cleansers also address common concerns. There is also a brand called Mario Badescu. It is a professional skincare line but there products range from $12-$20 so it's not going to break the bank. They are high quality products that give results.
