Iran has very limited deposits of Uranium. News reports indicate the few deposits they do have have been heavily mined and are depleted.

Iran has no known commercially viable deposits of zirconium and hafnium. Both materials are required in order to produce fuel for nuclear reactors.

How do you create a "nuclear power industry without the resources?

But commercial power reactors only require 5% to 15% enrichment, depending on design.

The ONLY device that requires enrichment to greater than 20% is a bomb

The Iranian government sees Isreal as a nation of infidels in their backyard.But the largest percentage of Irans population are young and the more they see the western lifestyle the more they want it.This is a growing problem for the hard line leadership.

The top Iranian leadership seems to have the same mentality as Hitler and the Nazis. Their continued calls for Israel's destruction show their intent. The excuse about needing nuclear power for electricity when they're sitting on some of the largest oil reserves in the world is somewhat ridiculous.

You have it the wrong way around. Israel is preparing to attack Iran. American news and propaganda make it sound as if Iran wants to attack, but Iran has no history of starting wars, and would not gain anything by doing so now.

Iran is developing nuclear power to produce electricity. Iran could in the future develop nuclear weapons but is not doing it now. Israel, which has a bad track record of starting conflict, is threatening to attack. Iran therefore must defend itself.

They're not hell bent on destroying Israel, but it would be appropriate for Israel to stop killing the indigenous population in Palestine, stop building homes on Palestinian territory and give back the land they stole after the UN partitioned it.
