how do i stop junk mail on my email?

This is sometimes caused by malware on your computer. It's happened to a number of friends on Hotmail

1 - change your password

2 - run full scans for viruses, spyware and malware. A virus scan alone is not enough. You also need to run an anti-malware program like Malwarebytes which you can download for free if you don't have it. Then delete any infected files

3 - after running the scans, delete your browsing history and cookies and empty your cache

4 - restart your computer

This normally stops it

If you're getting delivery failures it's because your account has been hacked by a SpamBot and itscsending hundreds of emails from YOUR email address. Change your Password.

Try ticking the box of email, go to top and click SWEEP then tick box BLOCK ALL FROM SENDER. that should help
