I would advise brown bread and brown pasta, if you're not eating that already. Wholegrain makes you feel fuller for longer, so you won't eat as much. I would also advise eating more vegetables, rather than all fruit. Maybe have carrot sticks or cucumber slices as part of your snack, sacrificing your banana or another fruit. Also, try reducing the amount of bananas in your diet, they're actually not the best of fruits, as they're quite high in calories. Try putting seeds in your porridge as well! You don't have to, but it would provide a bit of bite!
Your exercise is excellent! I wish I did that much!
Best of luck!

Yes that's fine - but just eat reasonable portions and make sure to exercise regularly and at least 1 hour 3 times a week at least -- if you don't feel you get enough vitamins and minerals in your diet, think of having a 1 a day multivitamin and minerals tablet - they're perfectly safe and any excess is passed out your urine :)
