Who's the character/movie from this scene? (From some sort of action movie)?

I'm sorry to say the scene only lasts a literal second. Go to 0:57. It's the scene with the brunette chick in the grey dress who axes the people in a circle right after you see the Kill Bill scene and right before the 5th Element scene. I swear I've seen whatever movie that scene came from but I can't remember. Thanks in advance to anyone who has an idea.
