Which exercise machine has the best impact and is better in the long run?

Cross Trainer

Rowing Machine

Exercise bike

    I'd imagine the rowing machine would be most beneficial due to its intensity and use of many different muscle groups. Ellipticals are second because the upper body also works, albeit in varying amounts. I only use spinners to warm up, but I've seen people really work on them, so it can be fantastic for cardio.

    All are good, but don't forget to include resistance training into your routine.

    Exercise bike because it wont mess up your muscle in the long run.

    and you can burn calorie pretty quickly on those.
