Is this enough to lose weight?
So i weigh 220 and im 17 and im 5'9 and its mostly fat. I'm eating healthy and by that i mean home cooked meals and drinking only water and milk in the morning (less then 2000 calories a day about 1400-1600) and having an apple or 2 a day for snack and wednesday and thursday im working out. Is this enough to lose weight? (sorry for the long run-on sentence)
