Cheapest online incorporation /S-Corp?
Hello experts !
I have a couple of questions.
Im in Texas and Im looking to start an S-corp,..whats the Cheapest online website that will let you register/file for your incorporation /S-Corp?
Also is it necessary to have a registered agent?

Register a sole proprietorship. It is much cheaper to open and to maintain.
A corporation or an LLC will not give you any protection. Yours will be too thinly capitalized, making it easy for any lawyer will pierce the veil, which means that you will be sued personally.
It will just cost you more in accounting fees and more in taxes and tax filing fees. Don't waste your money.
