How tostop a runny nose?
I have tried saline spray but it does not help and afrin always helps but i cannot take anymore of it.is there ANYTHING i can eat or drink or do that can help?Thanks

Antihistamines work best for stopping a runny nose caused by allergies, although you may get some relief for a runny nose from other causes. One precautionary note, most antihistamines available at your drugstore can cause drowsiness. Don’t use one if you’ll be operating machine or driving.

steam your bathroom with hot water , and then take a shower, you will feel much better ! or if you go to the gym go into the steam room and stay theree for a while
