How long should wait before quitting my job?

start looking for something else. or if you do not need the money quit. I have had boring jobs too but the money is nice for a 15 year old. Good luck. Will your parents care if u quit?

I know it sucks, but take it from me. I worked at a grocery store for over 2 years and I HATED it. I got another job offer and was so excited I immediately put my 2 weeks in. My new job sucked even WORSE because the manager had no respect for his employees and I quit after 2 weeks. Then I was stuck without a job, and I had too much pride to go back to my old job. So I would advise you to look for a new job. If you get hired, work a few days there and feel it out BEFORE quitting your current job so you can compare them. I learned this the hard way.

Seeing how bad the economy is and how few jobs are out there you might want to wait till either you can collect unemployment or until you have another job to switch to especially if your living on your own and depend on the money your making to support yourself or family.

Don't quit until you have another job. Whatever motivated you to get one still exists.
