Why are my parakeets regurgitating into each others mouths constantly?

Will the same sex do this like male nd male or female nd female idk they just do it constantly while I type this my birds are doing this is there a possibility that one of them is a female I always thought my yellow one is a female but idk there 11 weeks old idk if you can tell by that time since I heard as they mature the color can change the Ceres Just a question is the normal for males to do this since The bird farm I went said they are all males.

Update:

Okay thanks moggie I was just wondering that's all they do when in the cage and when out.

    As Moggie said, it's normal.

All birds regurgitate into each others mouths as a sign of affection. They're just feeding each other. And it doesn't matter the sex.

This is part of normal flock behaviour for budgies, regardless of sexes of the budgies

Well maybe ones younger than the other and your not feeding them enough food so they do that. its natures course.
