How can I get over him?

I just broke up with my boyfriend on Monday and he has already moved on. He says he hasn't but it obvious with the way he is with this girl, always spending time together and stuff. And it hurts so much. Is their anything I can do to make myself feel better?

    Rebounds are underrated...Find a guy to hang out with and distract yoursef...Just know it'll hurt maybe for a long time. But eventually it wont and you'll be okay. You truly just need yourself and family.
