How much energy drink should a person drink a day?

I'm 17 and my favorite coffee place, Dutch Bros was giving away today free flavoured energy drinks (yay), their size resemble a medium size Mcdonalds drink cup. There was two Redbull in each cup. So what us a safe amount of energy drink? I know they are bad for you but I still want to know.

Where I live the cans have a recommended maximum daily dosage on their labels, which is about 1 liter (about 33.8 oz?). That would be the "official" recommendation, but I'd say one can a day is already a lot. They're addictive as hell.

I'm sorry, energy drinks are SOOO bad for you. After the energy part is over, you crash.

    You really want that?
