Stomach flu- diarrhea instead of vomiting?
My mom, my brother and I all have the stomach flu. I feel nauseous, have the chills, feel sweaty, achy, crampy, weak, etc. my mom and brother have been vomiting but for me everything is uhhh, coming out of the other end. Is this normal? Do I have stomach flu or something else? Also the symptoms started about 12-13 hours ago

this what you call gastroenteritis .this has to be managed like fluid replacement , medicines for vomiting , antispasmodic for abdominal pain .

This happened to me before, there's no doubt you caught the stomach bug going around your house, but it just is hitting you differently, you may have a stronger stomach or just not be much of a puker. I'm the same, whenever I eat something that gives me food poisoning or makes my stonach hurt and rumble, it always ends up coming all out my butthole and not mouth, last time my family had the stomach flu I was the only one who didn't puke either, (well, a tiny tiny bit, literally like just a tablespoon of puke came up and I just spit it out lol, but it was still pretty miserable, in d out of the bathroom like 20 times and the stomach aches were NOT fun.

yeah i had those symptoms last time i had stomach flu - ur just lucky ur stomach flu isnt as bad as ur mom and brothers :) jsut make sure your sensible about what you eat, it kills me to see people with stomach flu drinking milk and stuff. dairy, protein and fat is not what ur body needs right now. eat rice crackers, rice, toast and vegemite and things to keep you hydrated like iceblocks until ur better :) it works everytime :) get well soon!
