What kind of fish is this?

It sits on its pectoral fins and stays at the bottom. I don't know what it is but I thought it looked pretty cool. Freshwater.

    It's a Swamp Darter. They occasionally show up as contaminants in shipments of feeders, such as those Ghost Shrimp in the same tank.

    It's certainly a Darter, there are dozens of species, but it's one of them for sure.
