Can someone please explain how to upload rage comics in a full, simple detail?

Ok I've searched the net on this one and I STILL don't understand how to upload a rage comic. I've created it, uploaded on imgur, and people keep stating that you need to log in to reddit, and click the "f7u12" button. Well I can't find it! It's supposed to be in "blue" but I don't see any options of any kind and when I go to "edit" i see subscriptions for it and what not, click the link, but I don't see any options whatsoever on where to upload them or even how. Can someone explain this further and not just say click the f7u12? Because as far as i'm concerned, it doesn't exit on my account or anywhere on the page. I just signed up if that makes a difference or not, which it really shouldn't if the option should be there. Thanks! Really confused on this should-be simple matter.

So basically I don't see any options to "upload" my comics on my account or anything, not even on the front page. I'm so confused and if someone could explain this concept that would be GREAT! and please, leave a full description if you can because the short answers are of no help whatsoever.
