How far would you say John Laurinitis has grown as an on-screen character?

John Laurinitis started out as a character in which no one really cared for. However, in the past few months, in my opinion, he has become more entertaining and is getting legitimate heat from the crowd, which has made him a better heel character overall. Also, this feud with Teddy Long is helping his character as well. I'm starting to like him.
