Hunger Games. What to wear?

So I was given district 6 and I have no idea how to dress appropriately for that considering their the least talked about in all the books. Their transportation so I was thinking something with silver like maybe a shiny silver shirt with black skinnies and boots? Any suggestions?

Its a competititon at school and I will be walking around all day basically im not supposed to look like a stop sign

    You should look at the charcteristics at district 6.
