Lincoln Welder Model 140 Setup Question?
I need to know the difference and WHY using the Flux-core wire the ground clamp has to be a positive ground connection. If using as a negative ground will there be a performance difference or safety issue.

I've never used positive ground welding, other than once or twice on a TIG welder, using aluminum.
My welds always come out strong. So I don't think it's really an issue.
