Sounds like your on a mixture of alcohol, opiates and methamphetamine.
You prolly smoked some pot to thats why your forgetful.
You may of also did some kind of psychedelic like LSA (not LSD) because LSA causes vasoconstriction causing tingling of the legs and arms...
EDIT: I guess snorting those blood pressure pills worked eh?
