For a 16 yr. old girl 5'1 150 pounds Mosley muscle kinda chubby tho is this gonna help me lose weight?

Breakfast small bowl cheerios with milk, non fat cherry yougurt, and a grapefruit

Lunch a grilled chicken wrap ( tortilla, grilled chicken honey mustard and lattuce, or vaggie pasta ( whole wheat pasta, peppers, peas, spinich) or veggie pizza and  v8 juice 

Snack Unsalted pretzels or nature valley bar

Dinner 2 small broiled chicken legs and rice n veggies 

Dessert apple 

8 cups of water throughout the day

Im under a great deal of stress and have been doing this every night? What do you think of it how can I improve by making it more relaxing. On a scale of one to ten how good is this?

I've been being abused(beat and sexual abused) almost every day for the past month by this guy who found me from the Internet. I'm nt going to tell anyone I can't im too depressed just give me some songs preferably newer about hiding a secret that's hurting you so bad to hold in that's all i want so I can maybe play it for somebody instead of telling them just please not to sad of a song but about hiding a secret (I've been depressed Nd ppl r starting to wonder why I have bruises everywhere)

Ive been fermenting (a gallon of water, a cup of sugar and a packet of bakers yeast for about 2 weeks now. It's a lot clearer but and yellow in color it's making fizzy carbonation sounds I looked up moonshine on YouTube but it says you have to like boil it and stuff and stuff I don't know how to do can I just put the mixture I fermented in a cup of juice and drink it like that or no?
