How do I make this more relaxing?

Im under a great deal of stress and have been doing this every night? What do you think of it how can I improve by making it more relaxing. On a scale of one to ten how good is this?

Long bubble baths.

Setting up my bed and pjs, and taking an hour and a half-two hour long bath every night at around 6-7 pm. Things I use for this mini spa (things i put in the water filled tub, and things I use outside the tub etc.)

Baking powder

Nail remover

Lavender candles

Epsom salt

Dryed powder

Baking soda

Lavender camellia body lotion

Back scrubbers

Loofah

Scented soaps/shampoos/masks/conidinors

Lemon juice

Cucumbers

Scrubbers

Tooth brush etc.

Face masks

Nail polishes

    Add a good wine. If you are a white wine person i suggest a Riesling or Gewürztraminer, if you enjoy red wine i find Merlot to be very relaxing

    also marijuana has relaxing effects and pairs well with wine and baths/showers if it is legal in your state, or you aren't afraid of breaking a few rules now and then

    You really do need a hobby or job or something. Presumably all the tablets the other day didn;t do anything. WHY would you want to send in this POINTLESS question?
