Is this a healthy diet?

For a 16 yr. old girl 5'1 150 pounds Mosley muscle kinda chubby tho is this gonna help me lose weight?

Breakfast small bowl cheerios with milk, non fat cherry yougurt, and a grapefruit

Lunch a grilled chicken wrap ( tortilla, grilled chicken honey mustard and lattuce, or vaggie pasta ( whole wheat pasta, peppers, peas, spinich) or veggie pizza and  v8 juice 

Snack Unsalted pretzels or nature valley bar

Dinner 2 small broiled chicken legs and rice n veggies 

Dessert apple 

8 cups of water throughout the day

    you can shift rice from dinner to breakfast.

    Should do it. Keep your metabolism up so you can burn fat quicker. Eat organic, non GMO foods.

    Learn some body weight exercises do at home or hit the gym about 2 times a week, At the gym ask a trainer what workout you should be doing or found at for yourself. Do push ups, sit ups, body squats, planks, jumping jacks, jump rope, jog, pull ups; but make sure you stay positive and don't stress if you don't see results fast because it will take time, dedication, discipline and lots of patience.
