If you are a general manager, how would you make the Cowboys successful next season?

If you were the general manager instead of Jerry Jones, tell me what moves what would you do in the offseason for example free agent signings, coaches etc. Also, do you like Tony Romo as a quarterback and do you think you should give Romo another try next season to prove himself?

    get rid of tony romo, leave all the coaching in the hands of jason garrett, and just don't interfere.

    Honestly, they already have a good team, they just need to remain healthy and play consistent, if anything a RB.
