Not really.

I'm not saying it's a bad name. It's just not my style. What about Willow? I think the name Willow is absolutely gorgeous, and Willa would be a good nickname for it. If you're asking if Willa is a good name for a boy, then again, no. Will is awesome, as is the name William, but not Willa. Hope I was able to help some. Good luck ♥

Yes I love the name Willa is a lovely for a person of any age and is quite uncommon, it is in my top 20!

No it is a horrible name & if you name your child that you're literally sending them down the road of embarassment and internal name calling. They'll get called everything but willa. As for one the name is closely sounding with the word w.i.l.l.y.
