Can I turn off ABS system by OBD II port?

I want to turn off ABS system for Toyota FJ cruiser, because I use this car for racing.

and I have ELM 327 cable also mongoose cable. can it do this?

If not which cable and software do I need?

    Just pull the ABS fuse.

    If you had a really good understanding of the computer program it would be possible. Good luck getting that information from the dealership. It would be a lot easier to disconnect one of the abs sensors or the abs unit its self which would automatically disable the system.
