The seller signs in the seller's signature section, the buyer signs in the buyer's signature section. You don't need to have it notarized.

Re-assign car on Ohio title. List buyers name & address, Do not assign casr over with no buyers name, its illegal and dangerous.. Notary is not required in Va. I'm a retired auto dealer, had much experience in assigning cars.
