so ive have been on oxycodone for about 4 years on and off and the past year straight from a failed back surgery. when i lived in ohio my Dr gave me pain meds, then i moved to Virginia and my new Dr just looks at my record and see's ive tried literally everything i can and gives me pain meds and then i moved back to ohio and got a new Dr because my old one moved and he did the same. last summer i was nearly off them then i re-injured my back and worked my way up to 20mg oxycodone IR 4 times a day. but out of nowhere my Dr cant write scripts for pain meds from some DEA mess so i ran out of my pain meds and am having really bad withdraws and my dr office told me the only way to get my meds is to go to a pain management facility. but that can take weeks to get in, i might go to the ER but i called and they said they really cant do much. Does pain management Dr's mainly just give you pain meds or what? i have no clue, ive been on every thing form tylenol #3 to Fentayl and oxycodone ir is the only thing that gives me any quality of life, i am literally stuck in bed for 18+ hours a day without pain meds.

My Dr is on Vacation this week in mexico, i had no idea he was until i called on wednesday for my refill for 15mg oxycodone, i am on a pretty high dose (4 times a day) from back surgery and complications and on Wednesday they told me that he was checking in on tuesday and thursday (today) to get scripts filled ( i guess they fax each other or something). well anyway i had to wait an extra day with zero pills and i called this morning and they said he didnt call yet, then they called me back right before they left and said he didnt call or fax my script and they are not going to be in tomorrow so i have to wait until monday when he is back. he never sent in my script, he has been giving me it for almost 2 years and has no problem considering my terrible condition, she just said she was sorry she couldnt do anything, personally i belive one of the nurses messed up as they have before. but in the meantime what can i do? My Dr doesnt have an email for patients, the nurse on the phone said if my withdraws this weekend get to extreme go to the ER, but there has to be a way to get a Dr to fill it, i have all my old bottles and i just started getting some pretty bad withdraws today, i dont know what to do. i dont want to go to the ER to only get out of pain for an hour or 2 and be stuck with a fat check. its only thursday so i NEED something.

just thinking about caring my sr22 as my CCW gun as my XD is pretty big with shorts and a t shirt and i work out doors and i wont carry my xd if its hot. better than a sharp stick right? i have some CCI quik shot ammo and its pretty nasty for a .22lr and i can shoot it just as good as my full size XD up to a certain point. thoughts? ammo suggestions?

i have a cheaper emachine laptop and the last couple days the screen has been not staying on when i turn it on. if i keep hitting the screen on button it will come on for a split second and then turn right back off, then after jamming on it for about 50-100 times the screen stays on and is fine. any ideas?

My aunt asked me to give my cousin guitar lessons, i am self taught and have been playing for 8 years and have no idea where to start. she would like her to be able to play little jingles and stuff for starting off. she is 6 years old so i dont expect her to pick it up to fast, where so i start?

I was just looking for what most of you guys have found that runs near match grade in your m1. i have some old M2 ball but for some reason im not getting very good groups with it and im sure its the gun as i have been shooting these for years and i sold my last one to a WW2 vet and finally picked up another 5 years later. the bore looks good and it has some national match parts on it. any way what is some good commercial ammo you guys had luck with. the gun is a springfield but i dont think the manufacture matter. i heard i can run modern ammo out of them without any problem as long as they are under 160gr lead as the pressure is slightly lower. i know i can get a regulator for the gas system and run whatever but i just want it to shoot decent groups.

i know the clinton gun ban stopped the importation of guns and ammo to the US but it has been expired for a while and we still import guns from russia and germany and all over the world, if china makes anything well its guns. is there a legit reason they cant ship us guns anymore? please no smart or ironic comments. O yeah and i posted this on law yesterday but all the people on that part of the sight have no idea what they are talking about.

im just seeing what shots best out of you 22, if i use any remington or winchester my gun shoot terrible 3-6 inch groups at 50 yards and with CCI standard i can get sub 1 inch at 50 yards and about 2" at 100 yards, the mini mags and the velociters also shoot pretty close to the same, mine loves pretty much any CCI ammo but stingers. what does yours like?

I have a 10/22 which has been getting used heavily for 10-15 years by me and i think its about time to get some thing a little bigger, i would like to use it for coyote and alot of other small game. i live in ohio so i cant hunt with a centerfire rifle or else i would go .223 without thinking twice and use my 10//22 for all small game. so is a .22 mag really worth getting? they make some pretty hot .22lr but i cant get good groups with it in my gun, any thoughts?

I have a remington 700 SPS in .308 with a 26" heavy barrel with a BSA platinum scope (6-24x44) a cadwell bipod, it came with the factory x mark pro trigger and factory super cell recoil pad. i was thinking of trading it for a XD tactical in 9mm, it has alot more use them my rifle but it comes with 5 mags and a holster. is that a pretty close even trade? my 700 is only about 1 year old, i just have nowhere to shoot it now

i have a 83 nighthawk 650 and i love the little thing but i am literally about 2 days away from trying to sell it. im having a problem where my sometimes completely randomly my tach and 2&3 cyl cut out. i was told at fist it was the plug wires, so new plugs and wires and it still did it, then i took it to a mechanic and he said it was the coil, so new coils and it still does it. i got 2 days out of it where it was 100% fine and i rode it for 200 miles and it was a blast. then i went to take it out the next day and didnt even make it down the street before the coil cut out. im left with 2 other things it can be in my opinion. either a bad pick up coil or cdi/ignitor box. i dont know if it matters but when it rains the next day my bike acts up for sure, and it is in a nice garage so maybe the humidity? anyway my main question is what tells the 2&3 coil to fire? because i think thats bad, and im about to just get rid of it and buy a newer small bike like a little 250 because i rather have reliability. and i did go through the whole wire harness and it is in great shape. there is a couple extra grounds run im thinking from this same problem. any help would really help me out because i dont have a car right now and dont have the money to take it to a shop.

i have a nighthawk 650 but its been having electrical problems out the butt so i want to sell it and get something cheap to replace it. im about 5'11" 220lbs and from what i seen i wish still fit barely on a ninja 250 but i dont want to go from 72hp to 29hp. i just want a newer bike thats not 30 years old tahts under $2k. does anyone have any experience with the ninja 500r or gs500. i gear alot of good stuff about them and im pretty much driving all city so the 59hp the ninja makes should be plenty. its more of a budget issue right now. is there any 95-up bikes under $2k that are decent that can do highway speeds if needed? thanks

my 83 nighthawk 650 just got a bad coil, and i was wondering how long are they normally good for? i was think about buying a used one because i dont want to dump $200 in a $900 bike. anyone have experience with this?

my bike runs fine until the tach turns off out of nowhere and it runs terrible, and when you turn on the turn signals it will run ok until the light blinks off. any ideas?

my nighthawk 650 just started acting up and what its doing is it will run fine then the tach will stop working then the bike runs terrible. it almost sounds like its running on two cylinders and will only go about 40mph. and when its acting up and you hit the turn signal it will act light its running normal when the turn signal comes on then when the light goes off it runs bad again. so when the turn signal blinks it acts up like crazy, any ideas?
