How do I get my Fiancé to play World of Warcraft?

She also thinks my Goblin Deathknight is ugly even though a lot of people complement my facebook picture, I also run a guild on Korgath (Named Placeholder) and have like 900 members and I want her to be one of them.

Well can't force someone to be into something their not.

Though to tell the truth I'm not really a gamer otherwise and never imagined myself playing this thing, but well, yeah... two years later I'm still there. lol You don't really even have to be the competitive sort much, just playing around and developing these characters is a fun part of it as it is. (Seriously, for woman... male Belf... pretty much a glorified Ken doll... or at least mine is. lol)

Draw her in slowly. Tell cool and funny stories about things that happened to you in WoW, or that your WoW guildies said, or events that your WoW guild had. Show her Easter eggs in the game. Show her the vanity pets and mounts and how you can dive off a waterfall in Sholazar Basin, and how druids can turn into cats. Everything that made you ever go, "I want to play that game!"

Subtly move her from the 'should-I-play' stage to the 'what-would-I-play' stage by asking her what class she'd like to play, and showing her the different abilities for each.

When she's sufficiently hooked, make her a trial account, and have her create a blood elf. If your goblin's looks turn her off, surely the blood elf will interest her.

Make a new character that complements her class and level it with her--the game may be fun but you can make it even more fun for her by spending time with her in-game as well as outside it.

tell her to sit down and just try it out. if she doesn't like the game don't force her. i have met many ppl who say the game looks ghey or they hear all the sterotypical shet like it is addicting and all that shet but really it isn't. i some of my friends play it and they quit it is till play it with other adults on my guild and we talk daily on teamspeak it is very much fun.

just ask her to play by trying it out if she doesnt then like i said don't force her many people love the game after trying it plus you wont know until you try.

If she's a gamer, you'll have a better chance of her playing.

If she isn't, you're chances aren't very good.
