Hey Mos,
I know that not sleeping through the night can really cause your anxiety to increase, especially when it comes time to go to bed... 1st of all get yourself a Get Help Book, from the library about sleep disorders. Many times the answer for you will be found....
There are a number of things that can be done before going to bed....
No caffeine after 4 pm , no soft drinks, Chocolate coffee etc.
Take a warm, calming bath and read while you are soaking, it will give you a calm feeling.
Have clean sheets, uncluttered room, coolness, no TV on, no lights on - no night lights.
Feel clean and put on clean nighties.
When laying in bed, take some slow deep breaths through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth., do about
ten breaths. Visualize yourself laying on a beautiful white sandy beach watching the waves breaking and coming in on the beach.
By placing your thoughts in a peaceful environment and not thinking about negative thoughts, you will eventually relax
and drift off into a welcomed sleep.....
If you are having negative thoughts at bed time, then begin writing your thoughts down in your journal and begin discovering the triggers to your not getting a good nights sleep.
Please start working on these negatives, by disregarding them as a waste of your time and energy, and the ones you can solve, solve them and move on.... you have control of your life, so do it and feel less anxious....

You should try watching TV to get you mind off of things or just take some sleeping pills.
