Seniors and anyone else that wants to answer: What was the last movie you saw in theatres?

I saw silent house the other day not to busy but the kids there were so annoying and noisy, and also the secret world of arrietty which was FULL of kids, that talked a lot it was kinda annoying but whatchu gonna do, and not to long ago I saw Iron Lady, it was really amazing, it was busy BUT the audience was full of older people, I was the youngest person there, but I like older audiences better because they respect other people, little kids don''t know any better, and teens (I'm a teen) some of them are so loud X( haha, so feel free to share your thoughts on going to the movies :D

I savour doing the two. yet as quickly as I spend money to be sure a action picture in a theatre, it had greater perfect be a competent one, or it fairly is a waste of time and cash. I do savour the ease of seeing a dvd at abode and being waiting to take a seat back whilst I watch a action picture. I nevertheless watch movies on the VCR because of the fact I even have some solid ones. If i do in contrast to what's on a dvd, i will continually take it out. The final action picture I observed in a theatre replaced into "Beowulf". the only in the previous that replaced into "Elizabeth- the Golden Age" It replaced into remarkable.

The last film I saw at a cinema was "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" back in the Bronze Age.

At least they used to make decent films back then.

Before Superheroes and Vampires and computer bloody animation killed them all off.

It strikes me that only about 1 in 10 films these days actually have REAL LIVE ACTORS in them.

Sublety. great screenplay and a brilliant script is out of favour now.

All we need is ten explosions a minute, blood, guts, gore, and eyeballs popping out of sockets, people leaping 80 feet into the air from a standing start, coming down sprouting pistols and shooting everyone in sight.Cars, cars, and more cars, computer generated fantasy creatures, Kung Fu Willie killing 300 opponents in 15 seconds without breaking into a sweat, and machine gun magazines that hold 5,000 rounds and never seem to run out.

    I'll carry on again tomorrow.

Breaking Dawn Part 1 (The Twilight Saga). I went with the 17 year old granddaughter and The Daughter. I really didn't like it but it was fun to go with them. We've seen them all together. I've never told them that I don't really like them.

I felt like getting out of the house, so I went to the theater to see "The Help." It was one of the best movies, I've seen in a very long time.

I saw the Janet Evonavitch one, forget the name. I loved it! And there were teens in the audience, but they were fine. I was lucky, or way up here the teens are all angels. lol

...It was Zookeeper last summer> Not that many people were there. If the movie was interesting, the little kids would probably be more quiet.Arriety sounds cute.I would not mind watching it with some of the kids in our family, maybe i will rent it from Redbox when it gets there.
