usps shipping time frame?

How can there be two different delivery time frames for a package?

Amazon says Delivery Estimate: Friday March 16, 2012 - Monday April 2, 2012

USPS website says Label/Receipt Number: 0311 1660 0001 4650 1092

Expected Delivery Date: March 19, 2012

Class: Package Services

Service(s): Delivery Confirmation™

Status: Acceptance

    go by the USPS date of 3/19

    Amazon's was just a guess!
