I hear this question all the time .
First you'll need some protein (not that important)
And for sit-ups : everyday for one whole week do 100 (GOOD) sit-ups
Then then next week do the same thing but just Monday Wednesday and Friday . That easy and you can get results with no more than a month . I do this every week to keep a healthy rock hard 8 pack . Try to stay away from junk food that will hurt your stomach and you should have a 6 pack or more in less than 30 days guarAntee . Let me know how this goes :) . Also for a better body you might want to squeeze in 50 push ups every once in a while to keep yourself built and stocky .
