So whats the deal with YouTube's Promoted Videos? I've asked around and many people say you have to pay and some say you dont. But I dont even know what the program is.
To become a YouTube Partner you need a lot of things because few channels make it. So people recommend Promoting Your Videos first.
What is the promote your video program? what does it do for you? does it cost money? if so, how much?

If you want you can promote your video by paying youtube, If you provide good content you shouldn't need to promote and you should slowing become popular. (like i did)
