Calcium milk and dairy products. Vitamin D is free from sunshine - here in UK it is essential to sit in the sun whenever it comes out - you only need to sit for about 15 to 20 minutes once or twice a week. If you want a sun tan, fine, but take it easy.

Sunlight is of course, a great source of Vitamin D, but if you shower a lot and use soap you wash the natural oils off your skin that helps your body process the Vitamin D. Try not using soap, your skin will be so soft and healthy. Cod liver oil is also a great source you can buy it in capsules if you don't like the taste. A vitamin D deficiency causes poor posture, I know the cod liver oil works because you take some and you will be sitting up straighter than ever in an hour or so. If you boil chicken or meat with bones for soup and put a little vinegar in the water it helps bring the calcium out of the bones into the soup broth. Egg shells they are loaded with calcium, try hard boiling eggs and using the water you boiled them in for soup water. I don't know if any absorbs into the water but I think it does. We used to give our egg shells back to our chickens and their bones were so strong they couldn't be broken. But of course, we can't eat egg shells, they do make a calcium pill from ground up egg shells that you can buy.

you must purchase vitamin D!!
take 5000 iu daily with food.

eat fruit veg and nuts and you don't need extra calcium.

Sunlight, mandarins, Oranges, Spinich, brocoli. NOT MILK. THAT IS THE WORST YOU CAN CONSUME IN YOUR BODY. IT CAUSES CANCER. Ever since I quit drinking milk I quit hauking up lugies and becoming sick.
