I too would suggest apple juice. If it doesn't do the trick, try an infant glycerin suppository.

Likely you are still not getting enough fiber in your diet. Buy the fiber supplement - the powder mix, not the pills - and fix a very very warm (as warm as you can take) full glass of water and mix in 5 tablespoons of the power. This will make it almost a jelly. Quickly swallow it while it is still warm. Do this 2 times a day for at least the next week as your system needs to clean the pipes. After that you should be able to reduce the fiber to a glass with only 2 tablespoons per night (yes night). There is no such thing as too much fiber, so mix it thick. The taste sucks, but the feeling after a week is well worth the bad taste. Also increase the amount of fluids you drink during the day. You will urinate more but it will also soften the stool.

A half jar of baby food prunes to start. Then the other half a day later if the first doesn't help.
After this, work to get more fiber in her diet. You can even use a small amount of the sort of fiber you stir into liquids and have her drink that every day. : )
Wishing you well.

Pear or prune juice. A muesli-type breakfast in the morning. Cut down on dairy/meat intake (or go vegan!)
And if she hasn't done a dooey for over 2 days, put a glycerine suppository in her.

Brown sugar diluted in warm water or flax seed mixed in yogurt! even prunes should help! even the baby bycicle trick works. My grandma used to say to insert a thermometer up there...not to take the temp..but sometimes it helps to relieve the pressure to help them poop

A mashed banana should help. You can also give an over the counter liquid laxative for children.
