Write on Docs w/o printing?
How do I write on PDF files without printing them out? Im talking about someone sends me a PDF and I need to write on it. I want to go paperless and write on them. Do I connect a Wacom tablet and do it that way? Please help step by step.

You're talking about PDF editing which isn't something you can do for free, at least not legally but thats a whole other story. You're going to need to get a PDF editor like Adobe Acrobat Pro CS 5. Alternatively, if you don't mind wasting some time you can save each page of your PDF document as a JPEG and edit it using MS Paint, though that would take a little more time its the only way to do it for free.
