She just called me saying she hit somebody with her car. If she goes to jail I wont know what else to do anymore.
No she was not drunk she came from work. I really don't know the whole story but she can't tell me clearly because she is crying intensly over the phone im at home my brother went to go to her to help her because she cant speak english

Its unclear what you mean. If she hit somebody elses car, then no. If she hit a PERSON then it depends on the circumstances. Maybe she will.
By the way, grow up. You "wont know what to do anymore"? That is pathetic.

We need more information in order to answer your question. Such as was it hit and run, was anyone injured, was it as a result of negligence on her part, etc.
