What is causing the locks on the car to keep coming on and off?
Okay, here is a little more detail. When we get out of the car and lock the door. The locks on the van automatically keep unlocking and locking by itself. It does this periodically all day long and sometimes the anti-theft alarm comes for nothing when the doors unlock by themselves. If anyone has any insight on this. Your answer would be greatly appreciated.

your keyless entry system has gone bonkers.
Either the reciever or transmitter key fob.
Take the battery out of you keyfob and see if it still does it.
Hopefully that's the issue, cheapest fix would be a new keyfob.
Shop time tracking down electrical issues is expensive!

He is right, Take the battery out of the keyfob first to see if it stops. If not either you have a short or the controller is bad.
