It's a celebration of the Irish monks that invented whiskey...not really, but that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Our guide said, In tour of ireland, St Patrick came to get rid of the snakes in ireland. What really it is, he came to introduce catholicism and effectively demolish paganism, symbol of snake. So St Patrick is liberation from paganism.

    I know what it symbolizes...

And I already know I have Irish blood in me. It's kind of a fun day. And I like to see people get excited about it. I just don't like to wear green too much or eat a lot of green things...

So I just get off on people having fun. :)

2 I guess. I go to church with my family no matter what day of the week it falls on. It is religious, but I don't think most people go. Maybe it's just us because we're part Irish.
