Why do people say their toddlers & babies are beautiful when actually they're ugly stupid bast*rds..?

And why does it seem like the uglyier the kid is the more everyone insists that it's beautiful?

I've seen some pretty youngsters...but the ugly ones always get the compliments.

Clearly your questions relates back to your own personal insecurity. Where you pointed at and called ugly, as a child? I am not trying degrade your question, but if a parent thinks their baby is beautiful - it'e because they love them. I am gathering that you might have lacked that type of "love" in your youth.

I am sorry if that is harsh, but you need to re-evaulate your question. Why does it matter what other people say about their children? Is your annoyance and concern related to void that you felt, from your past?

that is completely wrong no one should talk that way about a child and maybe your not getting enough attention so you like to take it out on little babies. and i would say its because of your own insecurities maybe next time you shouldnt walk past the daycare centre
