Think about it -- to program a search engine takes human hours. Those people need to be PAID. That's done by selling advertising.
Searches still yield information. You don't have to click on any of the ads.
The information is still out there -- just do sensible searches and click reasonable urls.

Closest you are likely to get is myway.com. Their site has no banners or pop ups, still going to get some ads.
