Read this below...... This woman lied and said she had no system files to give me and Acer had no system files to give me. All this woman had to do was go in her own computer folder and E-mail it to me as an attachment or put it on a cloud link for me to download and E-mail me the link.

Microsoft should explain thourohly everything on the computer and what it does and what t is for so that there are no misunderstandings.

 Hemanth Kappala: I can understand how inconvenient this could be. Let me see what best I can do to resolve this issue for you. 


 Hemanth Kappala: By validating the serial number I see that your computer is not covered under standard limited warranty. My scope of support is limited for the out of warranty customers, let me check what best I can do for you.


 Sam Moser: You can go into your own Windows System folder and copy the file from your computer and E-mail it to me.

 Sam Moser: It is in System32

 Hemanth Kappala: Unfortunately we do not have any system files. 

 Hemanth Kappala: May I know if your computer is not booting into the windows?

 Sam Moser: It boots fine but I am unable to run the restore point or the Acer Reisntall Manager.

 Sam Moser: This is because consent.exe is out of the System32 folder now.

 Hemanth Kappala: Okay.

 Sam Moser: All I need is for you to go into your own System32 folder and E-mail me a copy of consent.exe so I can put it back.

 Hemanth Kappala: Unfortunately we do not have any system files to provide you the file.

Not in this situation. Is this file copyrighted or part of a copyrighted program or system? If so, by you asking them to send you a copy would be violating US law.

Don't blame them because you made a big mistake. Now you have learned a lesson that we all have had to learn at one time or another. BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP

It's not the corporations that liberals think are greedy, but the CEO's. Their personal income taxes have been consistently reduced while their salaries have skyrocketed. Remember the 1950's (the "Happy Days", when one parent could afford to stay home with the kids)? Well, in 1954, the maximum tax rate was at 87%, yet businesses survived and a parent could afford to stay home with their children, because the middle class tax rates were much lower. Now, thanks to the Reagan and Bush tax cuts, the maximum tax rate is 33%, not much higher than that of the middle class.
