The president of France called him insane.
He is clearly delusional saying he is responsible for a lot of drilling for energy when he has put regulatory road blocks in front this drilling.
He is stuck in the past saying the US has only 2% of the world oil reserves when we all know that new drilling technologies have made an abundance of oil and gas available in the USA.
He is delusional on green energy, Israeli borders.
He is incapable of making decisions on controversial issues before the election. Like Keystone XL.
He takes credit for stuff other people did like killing Bin Laden.
He seems to want to hurt his friends like Canada on Keystone and Israel on the border issue.
