Red green diffriention?

I see a warmer tone from my left eye and a more green tone from the right. When I asked my optometrist, he said mostly people with artistic background could see it. I would like to know if this is in any way true, and if not, what does it mean?

no it has nothing to do with "artistic background". many young ladies perceive slight color saturation differences between right & left eyes, mostly from old sympathetic nerve damage from like a virus (flu, mono, etc)
