Whenever I try to sign out of skype it opens the System32 folder?

Whenever Skype is running (which is pretty much always, quite annoying actually) and I want to close out of it, I right click it and hit Quit Skype or Sign Out and instead of doing what it should do it just acts like a ****** and takes me to the system32 folder. The same thing happens when I right click the steam icon (I have Steam pinned to my taskbar) and click Team Fortress 2 to play it. What do?

    Report that problem to the Skype service....
