Do you think lack of int rest in Tebows' future and not wanting Tebow to become good enough to take his place in Denver as the Great John Elway? really think jealously drove Elway in persuit of Manning nothing More nothing less. He wasn't about to get that kid an open door policy to become successful just plain jealous not wanting Tebow to become a Geat Quarterback. envy by Elway will send Tebow packing not enough room for a young new gun.

Elway was very jealous of Tebow from the start. If you look at their numbers John Elway was much worse than Tebow in his rookie year. He's mad because Tebow is more popular than he is and he's afraid instead of people remembering him as the best quarterback at Denver that his name will be replaced with Tebow's. I have no respect for Elway anymore. He lied to his fans and Tebow because he told us he'd be the starting quarterback next season. Manning should just retire. One more blow to his neck and he's probably over with. Tebow is a breath of fresh air, has good morals and people will follow him. I'm afraid Elway has lost half his fans because of his stupid decision. GO TEBOW YOU ROCK!!!!

Elway obviously didn't hate him last season when Tebow started the majority of the games even though it's not his decision. I think he just recognized that Manning is an absolute steal, and that Tebow still needs some significant development as a quarterback.
