The wings comes from the chicken and Buffalo is a name of the sauce that they use, has nothing to do with NY..most ingredients are listed below that they use..=)

They were invented at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, except here in Buffalo we call them just chicken wings

I sure have but I think it came from these being extra large wings so they could be at big as buffalo.
