Anyone ever wondered why hot spicy Chicken wings are called Buffalo Wings when it doesn't come from Buffalo?

The wings comes from the chicken and Buffalo is a name of the sauce that they use, has nothing to do with NY..most ingredients are listed below that they use..=)
