Your opinion requested on an older poem please?

an element of sadness

a frenzy of madness

unfamiliar territory

I've got a new story

so much to be dealt with

no healthy outlet..

so I write this rhyme

to try and cleanse my mind

pain...

far from a foreign concept to me

but each time

I close my eyes and try to see

I feel healed

but part I must keep

I still want to hurt

and ocassionally weep

I feel like I've lost

but I pushed you all away

only a select few

in my heart can stay

the strong survive

the weak never alive

I seek quality

not concerned with quantity

you can say hi

and I'll probably smile

tell you my name

chat you up for awhile

right away I may not know

but if you aren't true

I'll let you go

it's happened so many times before

if you're out for games

then stay at the door
